Do I need to be flexible beforehand?

Yoga doesn’t require extreme flexibility. At every session, we work on a variety of things, including the body, mind, and soul. You will become more flexible as you keep practicing.

Can I practice yoga during pregnancy?

As initial first 4 months during pregnancy are very crucial for mother and baby, so we do not recommend any intense or major physical activity. But after that we can start pregnancy yoga.
